The Creative Arts Summer Intensive (CASI) is a dynamic program offering comprehensive arts education and personal development opportunities for middle and high school students (grades 6-12) in Seminole County. In partnership with Church on the Living Edge in Longwood, FL, CASI takes place during the summer over 3 to 5 days, providing an immersive experience designed to nurture creativity and inspire growth.

CASI features a variety of enriching activities, including higher education and career exploration to guide students in academic and professional pathways, an Arts Entrepreneurship Program to develop business and leadership skills, and S.T.E.A.M. classes that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics to foster innovation. Students also participate in hands-on workshops in music, dance, visual arts, digital design, and theater, encouraging them to explore their artistic passions.

The program is enhanced by special guest professionals—Grammy-winning producers, Oscar-nominated filmmakers, Disney and Universal engineers, film scorers, and stylists for high-profile artists—who generously donate their time to lead electives, host Q&A sessions, and share invaluable industry insights.

This holistic program equips young creatives with the mentorship, tools, and inspiration needed to pursue their dreams, while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
