WHAT IS C.A.S.I ?

We are excited to announce CASI 2024: SHINE. This Summer S.T.A.N.D., Inc and Church on the Living Edge are hosting their 1-week Creative Arts Summer Intensive. This summer the students will develop, produce, and premiere a short film/documentary that features the work of the 4-classes represented: Music & Production, Film & Theater, Digital & Visual Art, and Cosmetology & Fashion. We want to give students the opportunity to create a production they love while learning the techniques, business practices, and professional etiquette of the industries represented by each class. This program is designed to foster and stimulate the innate creative and intellectual talents of select 6th-12th grade students from the greater Orlando, FL area. Through our holistic approach, our faculty is prepared to immerse our students in an exciting entertainment industry simulation. Through the various art practices, these students will discover what it takes to SHINE in their creative expression and how to successfully navigate the business. It’s not your typical summer arts camp, it’s an industry immersion experience.
