Covered By Music Foundation (CBMF) is an affiliate non-profit organization, a part of the S.T.A.N.D. Inc Collective, whose purpose is to cultivate the exceptionally important role of providing youth musicians with services that help cultivate the next generation of musicians by providing musical education programming, mentoring, and life transformation skills.

WHAT IS THE REAL PROGRAM?
THE REAL PROGRAM (Summer Intensive) is a 4-week program specifically designed for the purpose of taking the fundamentals of ensemble practices and performance, production and engineering, business and leadership, and applying them to realistic music industry scenarios in order to foster diverse musicians and leaders. The R.E.A.L Program, will train and expose the students to the basics of songwriting, production, audio engineering, recording, business, and performance through an entertainment industry simulation format
Dates: Tuesday & Thursdays - July 6th-August 3rd
Times: 4-7pm EST
Location: TTOP Studio - 535 S Main St, Randolph, MA 02368
Tuition: $150/person (scholarships available)
Ages: 13-20 (9th-12th Grade)

HOW TO ENROLL
WHO CAN APPLY?
BY AUDITION ONLY

In-Person Call Back Auditions. If you are selected to participate in callbacks, you will be given an audition time (via email) and required to audition at TTOP Studios - 535 S Main St. Randolph, MA 02368
Make your Tuition payment by June 16th *. The program has a limited capacity, so IF ACCEPTED, be sure to complete your full tuition payment to reserve your space in the program.
**Please note: This program has limited capacity. Submission of registration materials alone does not guarantee participation in the program. You will receive notice of your acceptance by June 2nd, however, you will secure your spot by paying in full by June 16th. When the program capacity has been reached, accepted students who have not paid in full will be placed on a waitlist.
WHAT IS THE CURRICULUM?
This program will carefully examine the process of artist, business & show development through the simulation of various scenarios ie: Live Tour, Live Broadcast and Pre-recorded performances. Students will be split into 3 concentrations based on their area of interest. Each will work with Lead Faculty, Teaching Assistants and Visiting Artists to complete (3) Entertainment Industry projects: 1) Fully produce 2- industry standard songs. 2) Prepare a live 3-4min Broadcast Television performance (video) 3) Arrange and perform a 60 & 90 Min – Tour Ready Performance Set.

You will receive a detailed check-in email with information regarding your assigned arrival location, housing assignment, and a link to view the schedule one to two weeks prior to the start date of your program.
When you arrive on campus, you will receive additional program information to guide you through the program.
What to pack
With the exception of pianists and drummers, students are expected to bring their instruments to all summer programs. Review our list of instruments and gear to bring to your program in this Help Center article.
